International Shipping

In these cases, delivery times might extend beyond our usual estimates. Missing/Lost Package
· Smart Essentia is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please verify your billing and shipping addresses before finalising your order. If we make a mistake, we will correct it at no extra cost to you.
· If the address error is on your part and the package is lost, you are responsible for tracking it with the courier. If the courier declares the package lost, we will not replace it; you’ll need to place a new order with the correct address.
· If delivery fails because you weren’t home or your mailbox is unsuitable, the courier will attempt to contact you. If the package is returned to Smart Essentia, you will need to pay for the shipping fees to resend it.
Custom
· Please note that Smart Essentia is not responsible for customs fees or taxes after your order has been shipped. You are accountable for all customs charges and taxes upon receiving your order. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that you may face customs fees when your items arrive in your country.
